Careers with Mead Property Management

If you are looking for a career in property management or as a letting agent with Mead Property Management, please contact us in writing in the first instance, and include your career history within a CV.

As a minimum you should have at least three years relevant experience in the lettings and property industry - and you will need to be fully qualified by The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) Awarding Body.


Full Time Property Manager

  • Are you looking for a varied and interesting position?
  • Do you have a mature and responsible common sense attitude with an eye for detail?
  • Do you have knowledge of and ability to use computer software?
  • Will you be comfortable dealing with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors?

If you can answer yes and you are car owner /driver (as the position requires property visits) - then this may be the just the position you seek.


Facilities/Administrator Role

This position involves diary management, use of computer, car owner

  • Gas safety renewals
  • Routine visits- including diary management
  • Some viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Reports to Landlords and follow up (landlord/tenant liaising) correspondence
  • Maintenance issues (tenants/landlord)
  • Maintaining Holiday Rota
  • Repair/ works orders– liaising with contractors plus supervision of works done.
  • EPCs
  • Phone answering
  • Stationery ordering
  • Printer welfare and cartridge ordering
  • Cokers Court management
  • Saturday cover
  • Post
  • Office catering
  • Filing
  • General involvement in all aspects of a close knit team running a small office
